This year the boys dressed as a dead ninja (Fergus, on the left) and a mummy (Quinn, on the right). Their best friend, Adam was here too. Given that it is my birthday, it is pretty common for our friends to do Halloween with us and we have an informal pizza dinner before we trick-or-treat and a glass of wine after.
The boys and I had a FANTASTIC day together. We started slowly by laying in bed reading stories about Samhain from our "Circle Round" book. We went to Quinn's library program, and then spent the afternoon hanging out together at home.
Doug gave me a gift certificate for a massage for my birthday. That's the kind of gift I LOVE!
