Cole will be 10 next month and Chad is 7. They live on a horse farm in Erin, ON and Sherri (their mom) homeschools them. We decided to meet to hike part of the Bruce Trail on Monday. This trail runs from Niagara Falls to Tobermory in Ontario and is more that 800 kilometres long. Of course, we just spent time on part of it. The boys loved the caves and while Doug, the boys and I have hiked lots of different parts of the Bruce, we had never been on this part before so the caves and landscape was all new to us.
When we finished our hiking, the four boys sat in the hatch of my car and ate rice cakes, plums and GF cookies. They were as happy as can be. (So were Sherri and Sam, BTW)
