The weekend after our family vacation ended we were invited to a friend's cottage (Steph and Bart) near Havelock. We were there over the long weekend and as such were invited to take part in the annual Lake Regatta. There were many games to play (like egg toss, wrapping a person in one role of TP and six person canoe) and lots of fun to be had.
We were there with my favourite people. There is one shot of all of the womyn standing on the lower deck. It is a great shot of my friends Stephanie, Janice, Karen and Colleen. Nancy, Stephanie's MIL, is also there and was enjoying a bit of a visit with us too.
The kids love their time on the boat and out on the tubes when we get up the the Rowe Cottage. There were no shortage of good times. All of these children have known one another all of their lives and so no matter how often or infrequently they see one another they always just pick right up where they left off. It is amazing.
