The boys are back in town!!!

Doug and the boys went to my parents for the night, last night. I didn't go because I have a client due this week and since she delivered fast last time I didn't want to take the chance that she would go fast again with me out of town. Doug and the boys couldn't resist the draw of a turkey dinner that Elmwood offered. Can't blame them I suppose.

When they got home they were tuckered out from playing outside at mom and dad's. Apparently I missed a huge snowball fight too!

Now the boys are back and I don't know if you can tell from the picture but they are pretty anxious for spring to be more than a date on the calendar. They want to be outside and riding their bikes. Today they were only allowed to ride on the sidewalk because the snowbanks along the street are still a couple of feet high. WILD! Can't remember the last time I saw snow like this. When we lived in Collingwood maybe?

Anyway, now that spring is officially here I suspect the bikes will be spending more and more time out of the shed. Only three more weeks of skating/hockey too. Could the winter REALLY be winding down? Maybe that means we can get the eggs planted soon. I should go and get the soil from the shed and have the boys fill them.
