It's MONDAY!!

Appetizer

If you could be any current celebrity for one whole week, who would you want to be?

I can't think of anyone per se. I love the idea of being in front of a large group and singing again as I haven't done that in many years. I guess I would pick a vocal artist that I like who happens to be on tour currently so I could revel in the energy of singing in public. Otherwise I might be Ed Begley Jr. as I admire his commitment to the environment and wish I could make as many changes with my immediate world as he has with his.

On a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being highest), how much do you enjoy talking on the phone?

It depends on the situation. Mostly a 6 I guess. If I am enjoying time with my family (something I don't get to do very often) then I resent answering the phone. If I get to it though and it is someone who really just wants to ask a few questions or get an answer about something and they are quick, I don't even mind that much. I don't initiate a lot of calls but I receive plenty. I try not to act as though it interrupts my life. Sometimes it does but no one can know what you were doing before they called so it isn't like they are TRYING to interrupt.

Name a charitable organization to which you have donated (or would like to).

Green Party (both provincial and national). I donate both time and money and I LOVE being involved in a grassroots organization that focuses on trying to make a better world for my children to grow up rather than the politically f***ed up mess we have now.

Main Course

What is a food you like so much you could eat it every single day for a month?

Pasta. My pants wouldn't agree that it should be eaten every day for a month but I do!!

Dessert

Have you or anyone in your family had the flu this year?

All four in my immediate family have had the influenza virus pass through our bodies. Not fun. The only savings grace is that there isn't any vomiting with it. We coughed, hacked, sneezed, ached, moaned and sweat (fever) for about a week each. It was a sad and pathetic sight actually. Now we are healthy and stronger for having fought it!!
